Overview
CAPEX Project Manager - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract. Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary day-to-day governance interface with the General Contractor
- Manage project change requests, assessing scope, cost, and schedule impact
- Deliver project through governance, prioritization, and escalation (not execution)
- Ensure contractor has required inputs and decisions to execute work
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on progress, cost, risks, and performance
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale capital projects
- Proven experience managing EPC or General Contractors on complex projects
- Large-scale CAPEX project experience ($500M )
- Experience managing General Contractors
- Strong governance and decision-making capability
