Job SummaryA Regional Manager is responsible for the staffing, profit, performance, and operations within an assigned Region. Primary duties include hiring, training and developing District Managers while delivering profitable market share growth. Builds a strategically focused plan to provide outstanding customer service to all customers and develop sustainable partnerships with our providers and technicians in the assigned region. Works directly with National Accounts Teams to co‑facilitate the relationship building of existing corporate customers.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Provides coaching and leadership to a regional DM team to deliver profitable market share growth.
- Ensures all properties are maintained in accordance with quality standards per contract and per brand promise specifications.
- Responsible for fostering relationships to maintain and interact with key clients.
- Provides key market information, and inputs to the company’s strategies and initiatives.
- Establishes individual sales and profit objectives to ensure the attainment of the overall region’s goals.
- Inspires and motivates by setting direction for and allowing others to take the lead in achieving that vision.
- Involves teams in identifying and achieving common goals and priorities.
- Ensures that the District Managers, Providers, and Technicians are effectively trained on and utilizing our technology offerings with customers.
- Completes Quarterly Evaluations and annual reviews for managed team.
- Works directly with District Managers to manage the quality of the Provider and Technician base.
- Internally communicates market trends and potential new market segments, customer requirements, and market intelligence.
- Provides direction and development of associates through daily coaching, frequent in‑person visits, and the administration of performance management through development plans.
- Will execute responsibilities and support District Managers as needed.
- Support insurance claim investigations as needed and requested by the company.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Possesses a high level of account management/sales and customer service knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or Relative Experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
