Area Manager - Ohio/Indiana Region - GSI

What You’ll Do

As an Area Manager, you’ll take a top-to-bottom leadership approach—owning the customer experience, team development, and operational excellence across your district.

Lead & Inspire

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, customer-focused teams
  • Motivate teams to exceed sales and service goals

Drive Performance

  • Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage expenses, optimize budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies

Own Operations

  • Oversee facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements

Inspect What You Expect

  • Conduct site visits and audits across your region
  • Deliver actionable insights and follow through on improvements

Champion the Customer Experience

  • Ensure every location delivers a welcoming, well-maintained environment
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Partner with HR, Marketing, Revenue Management, Facilities, Procurement, and Call Center teams to drive results

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or multi-site operations
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, audits, and performance metrics
  • A passion for sales, service, and operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
