Assistant Program Director / Project Director – US, Ohio – 12 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Assistant Program Director / Project Director to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

• Act as the primary deputy to the Project Director, supporting both strategic oversight and day-to-day execution across the PEP 2 program
• Partner closely with the Project Director to drive alignment across engineering, construction, supply chain, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Step into leadership meetings as needed and represent the Project Director in decision-making forums
• Drive schedule recovery efforts for a program experiencing delays, including addressing critical path impacts and milestone slippage

• Degree preferred (Engineering Degree as a Minimum)
• Experience in project management, likely within a large-scale construction or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Experience in a lead or high-level project role
• Ability to handle a complex project with schedule and cost pressures
