Job Title
Graduate Medical Education Manager – Radiation Oncology

Job OverviewThe Graduate Medical Education (GME) Manager 1 within the Department of Radiation Oncology oversees the daily operations, accreditation activities, and administrative functions of residency, fellowship, graduate, and medical student training programs. The role ensures high‑quality educational experiences and full compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities- Support program leadership in maintaining educational standards, compliance, and program accreditation.
- Manage program evaluations, reviews, and site visits.
- Plan, oversee, and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of trainees.
- Track trainee progress, evaluation, and graduation requirements.
- Develop and manage annual program budget in partnership with the Department Finance Manager and Education Program Director.
- Monitor, review, and authorize expenses related to recruitment and program activities.
- Plan and monitor short‑term and long‑term goals, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with peers and faculty to resolve routine matters and support the mission and strategic direction of the health sciences enterprise.
- Provide training and workflow oversight; administer policies and procedures within the program.
- Hire, train, coach, and supervise GME administrative staff and University Graduate Program staff, and provide support to staff within the International Training Center for Radiation Oncology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of relevant experience required.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
