• Prior leadership of a site with an Engineered-To-Order delivery model

• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense

We are currently searching for a Director of Operations for an industry-leading client. This position will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and focus to ensure operational performance excellence and deliver to our clients growing customer demand.

• Leads cross-functional plant leadership to achieve goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Drives operational performance using KPIs and fosters a culture of accountability.
• Oversees quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and change control processes.
• Manages new product introductions with oversight of technical, business, and process aspects.
• Develops annual financial plans, forecasts performance, and manages capital investments.
• Supports talent development and fosters a culture that enables employees to reach their full potential.
