Construction Project Manager, Data Center Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction, completion, and outcome of assigned projects as contracted by the client.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Communicate clearly with team members and client representatives, providing project updates.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Perform regular assessments of project execution to identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs.

• College or university degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no significant MVA points/violations).
• Current PMP preferred.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical staff.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Capability to navigate and oversee contract administration, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client delivery of each project.
