Job SummaryTeam Leader 2 with customer responsibility for a high‑complexity portfolio. The position supports a Top3 customer with Net Total Sales exceeding $75million, influencing execution through joint business planning meetings and leading a team of five people.
Responsibilities- Manage a Tier2 customer with NTS > $75million.
- Lead a Top3 customer via joint business planning meetings.
- Drive new distribution target attainment.
- Ensure trade promotion budget adherence and efficiency.
- Maintain forecasting excellence.
- Manage expenses and achieve Game Plan initiatives.
- Apply omni‑channel expertise to support brand growth in-store and online.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally within the integrated planning process.
- Engage regularly with Sales Leadership and Management during planning times.
- Lead a team of five, including direct and indirect reports (GCC personnel and brokers).
- Champion the Ghirardelli premium brand image with customers through pricing and promotional activities.
