Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-impact special projects and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute annual planning processes
- Analyze and connect business, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities for increased profitability
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other business functions
- Serve as a strategic connector across teams
- Drive organizational change initiatives
- Build business cases, financial models, and executive presentations
- Monitor initiative performance, track key metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove barriers, accelerate decision-making
- Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
- Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
