Operations Management
Lead a high-performing delivery hub in an industry built on getting it right, every single time.
Terminal Manager — Final Mile Delivery OperationsThis role may also be known as:
Distribution Center Manager, Delivery Operations Manager, Last Mile Operations Manager, Hub Manager
If you thrive on building teams, solving operational puzzles, and being the person a hub depends on to run smoothly, this is your next move. As Terminal Manager, you'll lead hourly associates and independent contractor partners to hit daily, weekly, and peak-season goals — all while being the face of a company known for delivering a five-star experience on every job.
This organization has grown into one of the country's leading names in final mile furniture delivery, with locations across the country and a reputation built on precision, care, and consistency. You'll be stepping into a role where your leadership directly shapes customer experience and company reputation in your market.
Why This Opportunity Is DifferentThis isn't a desk job disconnected from the field — you'll be out doing ride-behinds with your teams, actively route monitoring, and staying close to the operation rather than managing from a distance. You'll have real ownership over independent contractor partnerships, budget performance, and KPI-driven improvements, with a company that's scaling fast and looking for leaders who want to grow with it.

- Conducting weekly ride‑behinds and active route monitoring to ensure client satisfaction

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Furniture delivery experience preferred
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment, including field time
$70,000–$75,000. Onsite role with regular field presence required.
