The Georgia Center, located on campus across from Stegeman Coliseum, is the campus hub for the development and administration of non-credit professional and continuing education courses as well as home of the only on-campus hotel.

Preferred Qualifications Position Summary Serves as the senior administrative and strategic leader for the Facilities Maintenance Division, providing executive oversight of operations, capital planning, and resource management. This position establishes division priorities, directs long-range facility planning, and ensures alignment with institutional goals, regulatory requirements, and fiscal controls. The Assistant Director exercises authority over budget development, capital renewal programs, and major repair and renovation initiatives.
