Regional Vice President, Charter Operations

• Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, performance, compliance, and student outcomes of Acceleration Academies’ charter school portfolio
• Oversee charter schools in South Carolina and Ohio, ensuring academies operate with excellence while meeting enrollment, retention, academic, financial, and regulatory goals
• Partner closely with Academy Directors and cross-functional leaders to drive enrollment growth, student persistence, academic achievement, and charter performance
• Collaborate with the RVP, Board Relations & Strategic Partnerships to support governing boards, authorize rs, and strategic charter initiatives
• Ensure compliance with charter contracts, state regulations, federal requirements, and organizational policies
• Monitor compliance, operational, and academic risk areas and implement corrective actions as needed
• Oversee charter school operations across multiple states and support the successful launch and integration of new charter schools and partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of educational leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years supervising multiple schools, sites, or educational programs
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple charter school locations
• Strong preference for experience overseeing charter schools across multiple states
• Experience driving enrollment growth, student retention, and academic performance outcomes
• Experience with charter accountability, compliance, governance, and operational management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational change.
