Reporting to the Director of EHS, this role is critical to executing QXO’s EHS Strategic Vision, transitioning the organization from incident-driven compliance to a system-based, learning-focused, and resilient safety culture.

  • Drive structured hazard identification through job hazard analyses, branch assessments, and near-miss reporting, emphasizing severity potential over injury outcomes.
  • Support and maintain the QXO Risk Register, ensuring high-risk exposures are identified, prioritized, and mitigated.

Regulatory Compliance & Technical Expertise
