Assistant Director, Student Conduct and Compliance

We are seeking an Assistant Director, Student Conduct and Compliance who will oversee student conduct processes, support student success and well‑being, and lead educational initiatives that promote professionalism, accountability, and an inclusive campus community.
Starting Salary: $56,000

Student Conduct Management: Manages daily operations of the office by adjudicating cases, serving as the primary investigator, overseeing informal and formal hearings, training the hearing board, and maintaining conduct records and database privacy.
Student Civil Rights Investigation: Serves as the primary EEO officer for student cases, investigates possible civil rights violations, offers resources, and promotes bias‑related awareness.
Student Success: Maintains relationships and resources that contribute to student academic and personal success, assists with emergency funds, and supports overflow CAPP duties.
CARE Team: Serves as a member of and assists with management of the NEOMED CARE Team.
Federal, State, and Local Compliance/Reporting: Ensures student compliance with mandatory training and reports accurate, timely data.
Budget Oversight: Oversees budgets related to the above functions.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in College Student Affairs, Higher Education, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Counseling or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Title IX, Clery Act, FERPA, VAWA, and other EEO federal statutes relevant to higher education.
- Two years of experience in student affairs in a higher education setting with disciplinary processes and/or conducting administrative investigations.
- Knowledge of higher education, student development, and university environments.
- Experience with Maxient software.
- Experience with Banner.
Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.
