Wilson is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech for our Football Factory in Ada, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities- Work from verbal orders, sketches or work orders.
- Maintain machines by making repairs: setting timing, rebuilding small parts, changing belts, adjusting cams, stroke, replacing broken or worn parts.
- Help maintain inventory of parts and materials; occasionally produce new parts.
- Accurately troubleshoot and debug mechanical, electrical equipment and systems.
- Use hand tools and other necessary tools; set up, operate, and maintain all machinery, equipment, tools and utilities systems.
- Utilize standard engineering, maintenance and machinery reference books when required.
- Recognize conditions that might lead to future maintenance problems and recommend preventative maintenance.
- Organize and schedule workload per supervisor assignments.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Keep work areas clean and in good order.
- Maintain clerical records, record machine downtime, keep tools clean.
- May perform occasional inventory and other duties.
- Learn PLC Ladder Logic.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent;
Technical Degree preferred. - Exposure to PLCs and Ladder Logic a plus.
- Completion of Maintenance Essentials Training Program required.
- Base pay $23.45 to $27.69 per hour, with increase after 6 months and after completing the Training Program.
- Vacation after 90‑day probation.

- 1st‑shift operation Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–3:00 pm;
