Production Welders - $1,000 Signing Bonus + $11,000 Relocation - Up to $35/hr - Henderson, CO
RK Industries, LLC is seeking Production Welders to join their fabrication team in Henderson, Colorado. - High school diploma or equivalent (technical education or certification is a plus)
- 3-5 years of welding and metal processing experience for Welder 1; 5-10 years for Welder 2; 10+ years for Welder 3
- 6G welding certification required (or eligibility for 6G for advanced levels)
- Proficiency in FCAW, MIG, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes
- Ability to perform X-ray quality welds on process piping, hydronics, and pressure vessels
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Physical ability to work in high places, tight/confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions
- Technical education or welding certifications beyond minimum requirements
- Experience with ASME pressure vessels and advanced welding tasks
- Proficiency in welding light metals and structural fitting
- Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior welders
- Advanced mathematical skills (trigonometry, geometry)
- Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives
