Production Supervisor - Manufacturing Operations

Schreiber Foods is seeking multiple Production Supervisors across U.S. manufacturing plants. The role oversees daily production, drives continuous improvement, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of partners to meet daily production goals.
• Communicate expectations and provide performance feedback.
• Foster a culture of equity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Identify waste and drive cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Participate in capital improvement projects and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Maintain and audit standard operating procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the plant during regulatory, customer, and internal audits.
• Work nights and weekends as required, with potential to move to days after demonstrating success.

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy, food science, agriculture, business, or related field (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of proven leadership or manufacturing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑accountable, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse backgrounds.

Stand ≥12 hrs/day, walk 60 min/hr, sit ≤15 min/hr, lift/carry up to 50 lb, and bend/squat/twist as required.
