Position

Assembly Associate – Dry Ridge, KY. Base pay $18 per hour.

Standard shift schedule: 1st Shift 6am‑2pm, 2nd Shift 2pm‑10pm, 3rd Shift 10pm‑6am. 2nd and 3rd shifts receive a $0.30 per hour premium.

Shifts include overtime opportunities of 4 hours before or after the shift. Available to work any of the listed shifts.

This position performs various assembly functions for automotive drivetrain components, including painting, welding, material handling, problem solving, and training. The assembly technician supports 100% on‑time delivery, 100% quality, and production standards.

• Visually recognize differences in parts
• Use hands to perform simple operations and hand tools
• Stand for the duration of your shift
• Lift 5–75 lbs. frequently
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp, and pinch continually
• Work with oils and lubricants
• Read and interpret instruction sheets
• Operate multi‑function machinery
• Work independently without supervision

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Manufacturing experience preferred

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
