Overview
The Production Associate will play a front‑line role in the Dry Powder Media Manufacturing department at Logan, Utah. Responsibilities include manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products while following standard operating procedures, GMPs, and quality‑control practices.
Responsibilities- Read and follow work policies, procedures, and EHS guidelines.
- Perform quality & compliance training and report any concerns.
- Operate equipment and handle materials according to operational instructions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including non‑conforming and rework records.
- Identify and implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.
- Follow Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices procedures.
- Collaborate with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent.
- Ability to work well with teams and communicate effectively.
- At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good documentation skills and understanding of GMPs.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasional lifting above 50 lbs with assistance.
- Capacity to move, climb stairs and ladders, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, pivot, and reach.
- Ability to wear protective equipment, including clean room gowning, chemical‑resistant clothing, safety glasses or goggles.
- Basic vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception) and ability to focus on small objects.
Travel is not required. The position is fully onsite.
