Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Frazeysburg, OH
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm (4 Day Work Week)
Pay: Starts at $29/hr (Negotiable; dependent upon experience)

Job Summary: Ridge Corporation is growing and looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our day shift team. This is a hands‑on role supporting manufacturing equipment, preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for dependable technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working with production teams, and helping keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

• Industrial production equipment
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Motors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Compressors, chillers, and boilers
• Preventative maintenance programs
• PLC troubleshooting
• Equipment repairs and process improvements

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Hydraulics and pneumatics experience
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics
• Welding experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
