Job Title: Safety Manager

Location: Pataskala, OH and Frazeysburg, OH

Salary: Negotiable;
Based upon experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

We’re looking for a hands‑on Safety Manager to play a key role in shaping safety culture across our growing manufacturing facilities.

This is a high‑visibility role where you’ll partner directly with leadership, work closely with employees on the production floor, and drive initiatives that make a measurable difference in how work gets done safely every day.

• Lead and execute safety strategies across three manufacturing locations.
• Drive a proactive, behavior‑based safety culture by partnering with leadership to integrate safety into daily operations.
• Serve as a trusted safety resource across all departments.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Ensure OSHA & EPA compliance, reporting, and record‑keeping.
• Manage hazard communication programs, including SDS and chemical safety.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor workers’ compensation claims and return‑to‑work programs.
• Lead emergency preparedness efforts and serve as a first responder.
• Spend significant time on the production floor engaging employees and identifying improvement opportunities.

• B.S. in Environmental / Occupational Health and Safety, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments developing safety programs, training, and procedures.
• Strong working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry.
• Strong working knowledge of environmental compliance regulations, (EPA) required permits, record‑keeping, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
