Plant Maint Mechanic

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment including crushers, conveyors, screens, and mobile heavy equipment

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations

Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and take corrective action to minimize downtime

Weld, fabricate, and install parts and components as needed to support plant maintenance

Collaborate with plant personnel to prioritize maintenance needs and support production goals

Demonstrated ability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical equipment in a quarry, mining, or heavy industrial setting

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions

Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and use of maintenance tools and equipment

Commitment to safety and ability to follow established procedures and protocols

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$20 per hour
