Utility Person

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate mobile and plant equipment safely and efficiently to support quarry production.

• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.

• Assist with material handling, cleanup, and general labor tasks across the site.

• Support safe work practices by following all company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and productive operation.

• Ability to learn and safely operate various types of heavy and mobile equipment.

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures.

• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors.

• Dependable team player with effective communication skills.

• Willingness to adapt to changing work priorities and support overall site operations.

• Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $24 to $27 per hour
