Night Shift General Laborer - Graysville, PA

Overview

JMS Turning Point Division is currently seeking Night Shift General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, PA area. These are full‑time positions. Training will be provided. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a $1.00/hr raise after 90 days, pending performance review.

• Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris.
• Use hoses and shovels to handle coal or coal dust in the prep plant, transfer buildings, and silos.
• Perform general labor and maintenance work as needed.
• Obtain MSHA surface papers (training provided by the company).

• Tuesday night through Saturday morning or Saturday night through Wednesday morning.
• Night shift: 9:00 pm–7:00 am, 4 days on/3 days off (10‑hour days).
• Overtime available.
• Full‑time hours.

• Hourly rate: $23.00.
• Raise of $1.00/hr after 90 days with no unexcused absences and zero tardies (pending performance review).
