Production Associate

Schedule & Pay

Second shift schedule:
Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, with overtime. Starting pay $18/hour plus $1/hour shift differential.

As a Machine Helper, you will work with a team creating corrugated products for local and national customers in the Food Grade, Medical Grade, or Retail Industries.

• Six months or more of work experience in a manufacturing operation.
• Prior work around manufacturing machinery.
• Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

• Read and follow instructions as provided by the supervisor.
• Work together with the crew/team as a helper.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maximize piece‑rate speed on tasks assigned.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Cross‑train for other job positions as necessary.
• Complete necessary reports accurately and timely, including production, safety, and quality data.
• Turn in equipment work orders to supervision for repairs. Be proactive in equipment maintenance.
• Switch duties with the First Helper as necessary.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and housekeeping.
• Adhere to production schedule and recommend optimizations.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

The employee must regularly stand, walk, lift, push, pull, squat, and swivel; use hands to handle or feel; reach, grasp, and may stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The employee will work around moving mechanical parts, hot or humid conditions, cold, occasional fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, louder than normal environments, and a high‑paced atmosphere.
