SCHEDULEMonday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm
Position SummaryThe Product Assembly Associate II will primarily assemble wooden furniture for houses of worship, higher education facilities, healthcare facilities and human service facilities.
- Product Assembly of complex products
- Framing wood components
- Fabricating
- Upholstering
- Prep and subassembly work
- Responsible for the quality of the end product
- May be cross‑trained on other general assembly jobs
Archbold:
- Insuring accurate counts product and assemblies
- Alerting co‑workers of potential quality issues
- Attention to fine detail/ must be detail‑oriented
- Regular lifting and maneuvering and positioning of product up to 75 lbs.
- Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting.
- Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision.
- Able to assist in training employees
- 5‑S audits and daily cleaning
- Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Product Assembly experience required
- A self‑starting, goal‑oriented, customer‑focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company’s Values
