Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Position Summary

At Struktol, our Production Operators play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality products that our customers rely on every day. In this hands‑on position, you will safely operate production equipment, monitor quality, and support efficient manufacturing operations while working as part of a collaborative team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Follow all company safety, quality, environmental, and process control policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment, packaging systems, and automated production equipment (including PLC‑controlled systems) to produce products that meet quality and production standards.
• Operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes and promptly report equipment issues, unsafe conditions, quality concerns, or material defects to the Production Supervisor.
• Complete and maintain accurate production records, logs, and required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through good housekeeping practices.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety procedures.
• Support production needs by performing additional tasks and assignments as directed by leadership.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work any shift, including voluntary or mandatory overtime, as business needs require.

Preferred

• One to three years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment or industrial machinery.
• Forklift experience or the ability to become forklift certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to accurately complete production documentation.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
