Production Operator - 1st Shift Manufacturing
Location:
Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $19-$20 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a hands-on production role with a steady Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
Training is provided. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attendance, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do- Operate imaging and manufacturing equipment
- Inspect in-process and finished products for quality
- Read and follow drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
- Assist with screen printing setup and material preparation
- Support daily production needs to meet quality and production goals
- Cross-train in multiple manufacturing processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Comfortable working with machines, tools, or production equipment
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Ability to read basic drawings or blueprints preferred
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Quality-focused and willing to learn new processes
- Manufacturing, machine operation, screen printing, or production experience is helpful but not required
- $19-$20 per hour
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 1st shift hours: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
