• Monitor social media channels for client brands, including comments, messages, and mentions
• Engage with the German-speaking audience by responding to inquiries and comments in a timely manner
• Flag and escalate inappropriate or negative content to the appropriate internal teams
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaigns
• Provide feedback and insights based on community engagement and sentiments
• Create reports on social media performance and user interactions
• Stay updated on trends in social media and community management

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and handle challenging situations diplomatically
• Detail-oriented approach with strong observational skills
• Experience in social media moderation or customer service is preferred
• Enthusiasm for digital communication and brand engagement
