* The Marketing Specialist supports and scales Paid Social and Video Marketing across channels such as Paid Social, Connected TV, and You Tube, aligning with go-to-market strategies for Frontgate, Ballard Designs, Grandin Road, and Garnet Hill. This role drives customer acquisition and lifetime value, optimizes campaign performance, and coordinates video execution to deliver measurable results.
* You will report to the SR Manager, Paid Social & Video Where you will Work
* This role is hybrid

What You’ll Do
* Coordinate paid social and video campaign execution to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
* Support campaign ideation and execution across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Connected TV, and You Tube; analyze performance and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
* Partner with external agencies to design and execute tests, measure and report on campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Partner with creative, analytics, and merchandising teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
* Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Cornerstone Brands at the forefront of digital marketing.

What You’ll Bring
* 1+ years of experience in paid social and video marketing, with a proven track record in acquisition and performance optimization.
* Experience in campaign management across major social platforms and video channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Connected TV).
* Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
