We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role will be responsible for coordinating marketing deliverables, tracking project progress, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting campaign development efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Coordinate the tactical execution of marketing deliverables and campaigns.
• Track production status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Manage approval workflows and consolidate stakeholder feedback for marketing initiatives.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate creative asset development and delivery across multiple marketing channels.
• Support marketing efforts related to host and leased business partnerships, including Macy's, Bass Pro Shops, and other retail partners.
• Assist with local, mall, and event activation initiatives.
• Develop project briefs and campaign recap presentations with guidance from marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:
  Global Content Team, Product Planning, Host Operations, Store Communications.
• Support strategic marketing decision-making through effective organization and reporting.

• 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Media, Project Management, or a related field (flexible based on experience and qualifications).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, media initiatives, or production workflows.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This position will provide critical support for the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple business channels. The Marketing Coordinator will help manage campaign workflows, stakeholder communications, creative asset delivery, and project reporting. Due to the volume and complexity of ongoing marketing programs, additional support is needed to ensure timely execution and alignment across various internal teams. This role will play a key part in maintaining operational efficiency while enabling marketing leadership to focus on strategic planning and business growth.
