Brand Manager Pediatric Media
Location:
Columbus, Ohio.
As a Brand Manager, Pediatric Media in our Nutrition Division, you will lead and direct national and retail media for pediatric marketing, turning business strategies into executable media plans across all products and segments.
Responsibilities- Serve as primary contact for pediatric media and partner agencies, creating overarching media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Plan media campaigns based on strategy, content, channel, and target audience, and present digital media recommendations including budgets and impact to CRM and HCP strategies.
- Provide strategic consultation for the development of digital paid media creative.
- Collect, analyze, and derive meaningful insights and optimizations from performance data.
- Manage monthly budget, forecast models, and financial decisions.
- Communicate and collaborate with teammates to make data‑driven decisions and identify engagement opportunities.
- Apply research methods to understand emerging trends and technologies, communicating findings clearly.
- Audit and evaluate competitors’ media efforts regularly.
- Maintain strong time‑management, organization, and prioritization skills to deliver multiple tasks on time.
- Manage project progress, coordinating stakeholders and tracking completion to full execution.
- Supervise or direct the work of others, including staff, consultants, and agency partners.
- Maintain positive collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors at all levels.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 5 years in media/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands.
- Experience planning and launching media strategies, platforms, and working with related agencies.
- Managing relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Understanding of media/digital/social/search platform best practice and technology trends.
- Strong analytics and KPI tracking capabilities.
- Excellent writing, editorial, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Quick study with a desire to become a subject matter expert on many topics.
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
- Conscientious, responsible, professional.
- Ability to develop strong, trusting, and collaborative relationships.
- High energy and self‑directed approach.
- MBA.
Competitive base pay range: $97,300.00 – $ (location may vary).
