Job Overview
The Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering plans to enrich clients’ experiences, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships. This role designs and delivers strategies, frameworks, and action plans that cultivate thought leadership, enhance client and colleague engagement, effectively launch solutions, and empower teams with innovative tools and resources.
Responsibilities- Develop GTM strategies, frameworks, and tactics that improve the overall effectiveness of functions that bring solutions to market, including Sales, Product, Client Care, Relationship Managers, Marketing, etc.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to develop, design, and deliver specific and consistent GTM strategy and readiness plans for new product launches, product enhancements, migrations, etc.
- Design, execute, and manage sales enablement and readiness plans, approaches, and tactics that enable sales teams to have valuable consultations and dialogues with clients.
- Design, execute and manage client engagement strategies and tactics to keep clients engaged through their purchase journey, build loyalty through their lifecycle with the Bank, and collect valuable client information and feedback.
- Design, develop and execute engagement strategies designed to provide awareness to strategic partners that supplement information provided by sales officers and enable strategic partners to promote solutions more confidently to clients and prospects and collaborate with sales officers more readily.
- Design, execute and manage communication plans, approaches and tactics for key messaging delivered to strategic partners and clients.
- Design and develop external-facing tools, materials, and collateral for use by Sales teams.
- Interface with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver tools, programs, content, information and insights with the goal of supporting GTM strategies.
- Provide perspective, product expertise, voice of client, and a holistic business view to Corporate Marketing as a marketing liaison.
- Develop and manage key GTM metrics that map GTM contributions to value drivers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
- Five years’ experience developing strategies and tactics in go-to-market, marketing, product management or related field.
- Outstanding written, storytelling and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and content development skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter.
- Ability to operate and thrive in ambiguous circumstances.
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong business instincts coupled with knowing how/when to take calculated risks and being able to react quickly in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with people of all positions and grade levels.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Base salary range: $96,500.00 – $ Annual. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
