INTERWEAVE is looking for an Account Executive to work as a liaison building and maintaining strong and long-term relations between the agency and the clients.
The position involves project management of various types of projects like advertising and production projects, digital communication projects, websites and webapp builds, client service, digital planning, decision making and creative thinking, managing and supervising project teams in collaboration with the Account Manager or the Account Director of each account.
Your job includes regular meetings with the clients to discuss their specific advertising needs, present ideas/solutions and accurate pricing proposals and to be briefed about brands’ objectives. Day-to-day communication with the clients is also included in order to receive feedback regarding current campaigns and new requests, ensuring client’s satisfaction.
As an executive account you will also be responsible to comprehend and then communicate client’s needs to the assigned project team providing them with detailed and extensive briefs, which will include all the creative and technical specifications about the upcoming projects.
Another important aspect of your job is that you will have to design accurate project timelines to track all the phases of a work’s implementation ensuring that all the crucial deadlines are going to be met. Checking and reporting on the account projects’ progress and managing the account’s budget will be both among your routine duties.

Requirements- 2 years of experience at a Digital Creative Agency as an Account Executive or a relevant position to a Marketing Department
- 2 years of experience at a Digital Agency or a Tech company or a Software house as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Confident user of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
