Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Our client, a retail company out of Reynoldsburg, OH, is looking for a hybrid Traffic Specialist / Marketing Coordinator.

Rate Range: $20–$23.50/hour W2, depending on experience.

• Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion.
• Schedule cross‑functional meetings for the campaign team.
• Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assigned.
• Track and document action items for accurate deliverables.
• Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross‑discipline and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment.
• Regularly attend and participate in process meetings.
• Leverage on‑going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross‑Functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns.
• Support department leadership with special projects as required.

• 1+ years of experience with a Bachelors or Associate degree.
• Experience managing projects and timelines.
• Experience with Workfront preferred.
