Marketing Director
Covington, KY
The Marketing Director leads Kings Hammer’s marketing strategy, brand consistency, communications, content, digital initiatives, and campaign execution across all hubs, programs, and platforms. This role ensures marketing efforts are aligned with organizational priorities and delivered with a consistent, professional voice. The position also supports growth, engagement, sponsorship visibility, and the overall experience for players, families, coaches, and community partners.
Brand Leadership and Marketing Strategy- Lead execution of Kings Hammer’s marketing strategy and brand standards across hubs, programs, platforms, and initiatives.
- Maintain a unified, professional brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and customer-facing materials.
- Develop annual and seasonal marketing priorities that support organizational growth, awareness, and community presence.
- Coordinate marketing functions, including communications, content, digital marketing, social media, creative, and related activities.
- Establish priorities, workflows, timelines, and accountability for marketing projects and initiatives.
- Guide internal and external resources to support timely, collaborative, and service-oriented execution.
- Plan and oversee major campaigns, including tryouts, camps, showcases, events, announcements, registration periods, and club-wide initiatives.
- Develop content and communications that clearly convey the Kings Hammer experience to families, players, coaches, sponsors, and the community.
- Manage marketing calendars, storytelling efforts, and hub-level needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support sponsorship strategy through partner storytelling, pitches, renewals, presentations, asset development, and communications.
- Ensure sponsorship deliverables across digital, social, web, content, and event channels are fulfilled professionally and on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner visibility and demonstrate sponsorship value.
- Oversee the effectiveness of websites, social channels, email marketing, digital platforms, and other marketing channels.
- Use analytics and audience insights to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, registrations, and overall performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing technology, tools, platforms, workflows, and performance reporting.
- Partner with leadership, operations, technical staff, and hub teams to align marketing with organizational priorities and seasonal operations.
- Support expansion markets, new programs, and major initiatives through integrated marketing planning and execution.
- Help create clear, predictable, and professional communications for players and families across the organization.
The Marketing Director strengthens Kings Hammer’s brand, supports growth, improves communications, and creates a more consistent experience for families, players, coaches, sponsors, and community partners.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Strategy, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five to eight years of progressive marketing, communications, brand, or digital marketing experience.
- Experience developing multi-channel campaigns and working across teams, locations, programs, or business units.
- Experience in sports, youth sports, entertainment, hospitality, membership, or customer-focused organizations preferred.
