Miamitown Church of Christ invites the individual God is calling to join us, “Growing in God and Investing in People,” as our Youth & Family Minister/Director.

• A calling and passion for leading and developing disciples of Christ of all ages
• A heart for the whole family: children, youth, and their parents; connecting with them in a relational style ministry
• To partner with our current volunteer team to continue, strengthen, and improve our current Children’s Ministry
• To lead in creating, shaping, imagining, and building our Student Ministry
• Experience, training, and/or education in ministry is valued

• To be in an authentic and transparent relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
• To be in love with Jesus with a commitment and passion for His mission and His Church.
• To prioritize in this order:
  Jesus, Family, and then Miamitown Church of Christ.
• To support and promote our Mission Statement and Core Values (found on our website).
• A solid understanding of scripture with a Restoration Movement background.

• A healthy, stable, warm, and welcoming church with long-term pastoral leadership.
• Encouragement, prayer, and partnership from our congregation.
• Strong, capable, and talented volunteer involvement.
• Unified, supportive elders and pastoral leadership.
• Scripture based doctrine is handled accurately and thoroughly; tough subjects are not avoided.
