Responsibilities- Lead and develop disciples of Christ of all ages.
- Respond to the whole family: children, youth, and their parents with a relational ministry style.
- Partner with the current volunteer team to continue, strengthen, and improve the Children’s Ministry.
- Lead in creating, shaping, imagining, and building the Student Ministry.
- Apply experience, training, and/or education in ministry.
- Maintain an authentic and transparent relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
- Love Jesus and commit passionately to His mission and His Church.
- Prioritize in this order:
Jesus, Family, and then Miamitown Church of Christ. - Support and promote the Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Have a solid understanding of Scripture with a Restoration Movement background.
This is a full‑time salaried position with benefits.
