Associate Minister First Church of Christ

First Church of Christ is a Christ‑centered congregation committed to helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out God’s purpose for their lives.

Through biblical teaching, authentic community, and local and global outreach, we seek to make disciples and share the hope of the Gospel with people of all ages and backgrounds.

We are seeking an Associate Minister who will serve alongside the Lead Minister, Elders, and staff to advance our mission. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for reaching the lost, a heart for discipling believers, and a desire to shepherd the next generation toward a lifelong walk with Christ. We are looking for a servant‑leader who joyfully uses the gifts God has given them to build up the church.

This full‑time (40 hours/week) role focuses on:

• Relational evangelism — building meaningful connections that lead people to Christ
• Student discipleship — guiding middle school, high school, and college‑age students toward spiritual maturity
• Ministry leadership — supporting and strengthening the church’s overall mission through preaching, teaching, and hands‑on ministry

While student ministry is a key component, this position is not limited to youth. The Associate Minister will serve the church as a whole, contributing to a healthy, unified, and mission‑driven ministry team.
