BBYO is seeking a Chapter Specialist to empower teens in the Evergreen Region (Oregon, Washington, Idaho). You will work directly with teens, alumni, and community partners to build AZA, BBG and BBYO chapters, developing engaging programs and sustaining year‑round activities.
You will coach teen leaders to recruit and retain members, help create chapter calendars, and attend events as the adult in the room. A strong emphasis on data‑driven planning and collaboration with the regional team.
