Provide resident-centered nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care safely and accurately

Monitor, document, and report resident health changes promptly

Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure top-quality care

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families for coordinated, holistic care

Maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for residents and staff

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

Current CPR certification

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred

Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
