RN - Psychiatric​/DD Nurse Intermittent

Job Description

• Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals.
• Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication.
• Monitor patient health including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation.
• Serve as a multi‑disciplinary team member that creates a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation.

This is an hourly position with a pay range of 13 per hour on the 1199 Pay Range Schedule. This position is located within Heartland Behavioral Healthcare campus at 3000 Erie Street South, Massillon, OH 44646.

Requires current license as registered professional nurse in the state of Ohio issued by the Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code. Job skills:
Nursing.

• Limited to 1000 hours in a fiscal year.
• Will not be eligible to accrue vacation, personal or sick leave.
• Will be utilized "as needed" and is not guaranteed a specific schedule, shift or unit.

The final candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
