We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonary practice within Bloomington Medical Services in Wooster, Ohio.

This is a Full Time Office-based position, Monday
-Friday.

Qualifications:

• Active NP license in the State of Ohio
• Pulmonary experience
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships
• Computer skills to utilize Electronic Health Record

Responsibilities:

• Performs patient assessment and assigns diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research
• Writes prescriptions for medication, blood products based upon laboratory results, routine diagnostic and follow-up studies, therapeutic measures, as appropriate.
• Interprets and evaluates findings of studies/tests.
• Recognizes deviations from normal in physical assessments and testing.
• Documents care provided.
• Provides on-call phone coverage (not onsite)
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with physicians and other specialties
