Assistant Director of Nursing; RN ADON

Overview

The ideal Assistant Director of Nursing candidate is very detailed oriented, organized, with great knowledge of policies and governmental regulations.

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, to maintain quality care.
• Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.

• Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.

Salary Range:
Up to USD $48.40/Hr.
