Assistant Director of Nursing ADON

We’re currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our clinical staff and continue building on the strong reputation we’ve earned in the community.

What You’ll Do:
‍ Support the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
Help lead audits, care planning, survey prep, and staff scheduling
Supervise, train, and support floor nurses and CNAs with approachability and accountability
Work closely with leadership and all departments to ensure smooth coordination of care
Assist with infection control, quality assurance, and education programs

What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in Kentucky
1+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Solid understanding of state and federal DOH regulations
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
A team-player attitude with a focus on kindness, consistency, and quality care
