Wellness Nurse Manager

Starting wage $31.50‑$39.00 per hour.

Shift

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am-6pm.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a superior supervisor:
    In the absence of department heads, oversee the building and collaborate with the Wellness team and other departments to ensure quick, reliable, and person‑centered care.
  • Be a force on the floor:
    Lead by example, assist with call lights and team requests, and prioritize residents’ needs.
  • Maintain diligent documentation:
    Complete and file resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide compassionate care:
    Demonstrate core values in every interaction, ensuring residents feel safe and cared for.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Thorough working knowledge of current care standards, regulations, medication laws, and resident care requirements.
  • Experience with memory‑impaired residents preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred.
  • Proficient reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds, and assist with transfers and post‑fall care.
  • Criminal background clearance required.
