Compensation: $42.85 to $57.00 per hour based on experience

• Using independent and interdependent judgment, the Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. In collaboration with the physician, the Dialysis RN ensures implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of patients.
• Providing nursing care to meet the needs of the hemodialysis patient.
• Interpreting assessment data and information.
• Collaborating with providers regarding the dialysis treatment plan.
• Performing hemodialysis as prescribed.
• Teaching and counseling patients and families.

• Valid temporary or permanent State Registered Nurse License.
• At least one (1) year of Hemodialysis experience.
• BLS required. ACLS required within six months of hire.
• Preferred:
  Hemodialysis experience in an acute care setting or acute care experience.
