Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our healthcare team for weekend AM and PM visits on Saturday and Sundays.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, providing exceptional nursing care to our patients while collaborating effectively with the rest of the nursing team.

• Patient Care:
  Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients during AM and PM visits, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all care provided and any changes in patient condition.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

  Work collaboratively with other nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and continuous care for patients.
• Compassionate Support:
  Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, ensuring their comfort and understanding of care plans.

  Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients and coworkers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• License
• Reliable transportation.
