Director of Nursing - SNF located in Covington, KY
Salary: $100K range
Requirements of the Director of Nursing:- Must have Kentucky RN license
- Must have current experience as a Director of Nursing in a nursing home setting
- Must have long term care experience
- Proven Leadership & Management Skills
- Must be a self-starter and energetic
- Supervises all nursing staff in the facility
- Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedure
- Overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff
- Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current
- Overseeing nursing employee conduct
- Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
- Assessing the health needs of each resident
