* assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility
* Observing and reporting changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses
* obtain and document vital signs
* supporting residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency
* transporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
* maintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas
* assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols
* collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery---### What you’ll bring
* current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing)
* strong attention to detail and observation skills
* ability to work independently or as part of a team
* reliable, flexible, and committed to resident-centered care
* excellent communication skills with residents, families and staff
* empathy, respect and professionalism in every interaction
* physical ability to lift, move and assist residents as needed
* successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
